Abstract
A method and system for waste paper purification. The method for waste paper purification comprises: while performing the bulk process on the bundled waste paper, a first dry dust removal process is performed on the scattered waste paper (S10); breaking the scattered waste paper into fragments of waste paper (S20); and a second dry dust removal process is performed on the waste paper fragments (S30). The system for waste paper purification adopts a dry duster (103) and a wet scrubber (104) to remove impurities and dust in the waste paper bag by dry method as much as possible, and then further removes it by a special water washing equipment wet method, which effectively improves the dust removal. At the same time, the ash content of the waste paper bag pulp after process is close to the ash value contained in the original waste paper, thereby simplifying the purification and screening process flow after the pulping of the waste paper process system.
