Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent beam segment matching installation control system, comprising an angle sensor, which is set at the front end of the beam segment to be installed (1) and used for collecting data of an included angle between a beam segment to be installed (1) and a beam segment having been installed (2); and a central controller, which is in communication connection with the angle sensor for receiving data of an included angle between the beam segments to be installed (1) and converting the data of the included angle into elevation data xi for a mounting point of the angle sensor; wherein the central controller is used for judging whether a height difference between an elevation data xi for the mounting point and a theoretical mounting height h1 of the beam segment to be installed (1) on the mounting point is greater than 2mm, if so, the central controller will send a starting signal to an erection crane (3). The present invention avoids the error caused by vibration of a steel beam by setting a positional relation between the angle sensor and the beam segment and measuring the relative included angle between the beam segments to simplify, informationize and intelligentize the procedure of the whole matching process of the beam segment, so as to ensure the control precision fundamentally and reduce the labor cost.
