Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for assessing quality of honey or honey essential oil by detecting of smell print from the honey or honey essential oil directly from the primary source. Accordingly, the apparatus comprises a probe support (10) provide with a housing means; an odor profile chamber unit (17); a sensor array unit (18); a sensor array chamber unit (19); an electronic display box unit (20) provided with a microcontroller unit; an exhaust fan unit (21); and a power supply unit (22). The apparatus further comprises a case-library unit embedded in the microcontroller unit; a rechargeable battery unit including rechargeable battery cells; an integrated circuit card including a card reader and a data recording button unit. The apparatus can display output of the smell print value result of the honey or the smell print value result of the honey essential oil in real-time analysis basis through the electronic display box unit (20). The apparatus can also be connected to an artificial intelligent system for assessing and acquisitioning smell print value results of the honey or honey essential oil established from the sensor array unit (18) and differentiate quality of the honey or honey essential oil in real-time analysis.
