Abstract

A clothes dryer includes air suction route (25) through which drying air is supplied from air suction port (23) to a rotary drum, and air discharge route (26) through which the drying air is supplied to air discharge port (24) after clothes are dried inside the rotary drum. Air suction route (25) and air discharge route (26) have a first adjacent surface and second adjacent surface (38b) which form a heat exchange unit enabling mutual heat exchange of the drying air passing through air suction route (25) and air discharge route (26).
