Abstract

A vehicle information managing server (10) calculates a degree of operation of a vehicle, such as a day-based operation rate or an operation rate, on the basis of information indicating operation periods of the vehicle or the number of times of operation of the vehicle that is part of operation recording information that has been recorded by a vehicular device (21). The vehicle information managing server (10) determines vehicles according to an operation mode or an input search instruction when receiving a request from a user terminal (30) connected to it via a communication line, and sends information of degrees of the determined vehicles such as day-based operation rates or operation rates. Target vehicles can be narrowed down by specifying, as search conditions, a vehicle type, a user business category, or a transportation item category. A graph or map image that reflects the information of degrees is sent. (Figure 1)
