Abstract

The various embodiments of the present innovation disclose a roof outlet assembly which is flexible and can be moulded over profiled roof surface, for preventing water or air moisture to slip into roof ceiling via roof-top openings, the assembly comprising a frusto conical shaped roof vent boot with a centre hollow opening at a top end which is connectable with a hollow opening at a bottom, a primary collar (102) component which is connectable to the frusto conical shaped roof vent boot and featuring a centre hollow opening at a top end of the frusto conical shaped roof vent boot, a thin film of coated foil such as aluminium foil (103) forming a top surface layer, an adhesive layer (104) underneath the coated foil (103) forming a middle layer and with an adhesive sealant release liner (105) forming a bottom surface layer covering the adhesive layer(104), featuring a hollow centre opening at a top end of the frusto conical shaped roof vent boot and a secondary collar (102A) which is connectable to the primary collar (102) and featuring a hollow centre opening at a top end of the frusto conical shaped roof vent boot wherein, the secondary collar (102A) forms the base of the roof outlet assembly accommodating the coated foil (103) over the secondary collar (102A) with a sealant being applied in between the coated foil (103) and the outer neck of the secondary collar (102A) and the primary collar (102) is substantially tightly secured over the sealant such that the sealant layer is squeezed outward by the primary collar (102), forming a water proof sealing layer with the frusto conical shaped roof vent boot secured over the primary collar (102) thereby covering roof-top openings from any leakages from water or air moisture.
