Abstract

Usability of a cloud based service (206, 306) is recovered from a system failure. A customer transaction (202) associated with the customer experience is executed to simulate the customer experience (204) in the cloud based service. A failure (212, 312) associated with a subsystem (208, 308) the cloud based service is detected from an output (314) of the customer transaction. A recovery action (316) is determined to be associated with the failure. The recovery action (316) is executed on the subsystem and monitored to determine a success status (318).
