Abstract
In a group including energy meters (100a to 100d), provided that an energy meter in which no fraudulent activity is detected is defined as a normal energy meter and an energy meter in which a fraudulent activity is detected is defined as an altered energy meter, an arithmetic processing unit (601) calculates the sum of power consumption for the first group by correcting the power consumption measured by the altered energy meter in which the fraudulent activity is committed using the power consumption measured by the normal energy meter.
