Abstract

[Problem] To provide a resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet having excellent processability, anti-stacking property, scratch resistance and lubricity. [Solving Means] A resin-coated aluminum alloy sheet (1) includes a base sheet (10) formed from an aluminum alloy sheet, and a synthetic resin coating film (11) formed on both sides or one side of the base sheet (10). The synthetic resin coating film (11) has a functional coating film (111) including one or two inner waxes selected from lanolin, carnauba, polyethylene and microcrystalline waxes in an amount of 0.05 to 3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a base resin including a polyester resin and/or an epoxy resin. The functional coating film (111) has an elongation percentage of 200 to 300%, a tensile strength of 300 to 500 kg/cm2 , a Young's modulus of 1000 to 2500 kg/cm2 , and a glass transition point of 0 to 40?C. (Fig. 1)
