Abstract
The present invention is a waste liquid treatment device which treats liquid palm oil waste generated when palm oil is produced using palm fruit (X1) as a raw material, in which the waste liquid treatment device is provided with a suspended-solid separation means (8) for separating suspended solids (X21) from the liquid palm oil waste using a solid-liquid separation process; and a methane fermentation reactor (9) configured to perform methane fermentation on the liquid palm oil waste from which suspended solids have been separated by the suspended-solid separation means.
