Abstract
An object is to provide a fat and/or oil composition for use in infant formula having sufficiently low concentrations of 3-MCPD, glycidol, and fatty acid esters thereof, further being excellent in storage stability, and nutritionally meeting a certain standard. The object is achieved by a fat and/or oil composition for use in infant formula, the fat and/or oil composition containing linoleic acid and ?-linolenic acid, and having a solid fat content at 35?C of 0.5% or less, a 3-monochloropropane-1 ,2-diol (3-MCPD) concentration of 0.33 ppm or less, and a glycidol concentration of 0.07 ppm or less.
