Abstract
A heat shielding glass including a glass plate (12); and a heat shielding film (15) formed on a first surface of the glass plate (12) is provided. The heat shielding film (15) is configured of three or more layers including a conductive tin oxide containing layer. Yellowness and redness indices of the heat shielding glass are controlled. At most one location exists where a sign of a first-order differential value of a spectroscopic reflection spectrum changes from positive to negative, the spectroscopic reflection spectrum within a range of a wavelength of 380 nm to 550 nm, being measured both in a state where the heat shielding film (15) side and the glass plate (12) side are respectively brought into contact with an integrating sphere detector (5) and a sheet of white paper (30) and in a state where the plate side and the film side are respectively at the detector and the sheet.
