Abstract
PIPE Visual check of a wear state of the inner surface of a pipe and a flowing state in the pipe is enabled with a simple structure. A wire-shaped or belt-shaped colored wear detecting part (2) that covers a part of a transparent pipe body (I) partially in a circumferential direction thereof is buried at a position farther toward an inner side than an intermediate position of the pipe body (I) in a thickness direction thereof, in the interior of the pipe body (I) over the entire length thereof. Consequently, the wear detecting part (2) is worn away according to a wear degree of an inner surface (la) of the pipe body (1). This makes it possible to see a worn state of the wear detecting part (2) from the outside of the pipe body (I) through a first transparent portion (11) disposed on the outer side of the wear detecting part (2) in the pipe body (1). At the same time, it is possible to see the inside of the pipe body (I) from the outside of the pipe body (1) through a second transparent portion (12) where the wire-shaped or belt-shaped wear detecting part (2) is not disposed in the pipe body (1).
