Abstract

[PROBLEMS] By pyrolyzing and combusting palm EFB, to make it effectively utilized for power generation, auxiliary fuel, and fertilizer. [MEANS] A palm EFB pyrolysis gasification power generation system includes a pyrolysis drum (1) for pyrolyzing palm EFB into a pyrolysis gas (A) and a pyrolysis residue (B); a pyrolysis gas combustion furnace (2) for combusting the pyrolysis gas (A) discharged from the pyrolysis drum (1) and supplies the combustion exhaust gas to the pyrolysis drum (1) as a heating gas (C); a dust collector (3) for removing dust in the heating gas (C); a heating gas circulating fan (4) for returning heating gas (C) discharged from the dust collector to the pyrolysis gas combustion furnace (2); a heating gas circulating duct (5) for connecting the pyrolysis drum (1), the pyrolysis gas combustion furnace (2), the dust collector (3), and the heating gas circulating fan (4) in a loop; a first waste heat boiler (6) provided in the heating gas circulating duct (5) downstream of the pyrolysis gas combustion furnace (2) for recovering heat from the heating gas (C); a heating gas bypass duct (7) for connecting the heating gas circulating duct (5) downstream of the first waste heat boiler (6) with the heating gas circulating duct (5) downstream of the pyrolysis drum (1); a second waste heat boiler (8) provided in the heating gas bypass duct (7) for recovering heat from part of the heating gas (C) discharged from the first waste heat boiler (6); and a power generation apparatus (13) for driving a steam turbine (13a) with steam (D) generated from the first waste heat boiler (6) and the second waste heat boiler (8), to generate power with a power generator (13b).
