Abstract

This invention describes an input system for sending digital data from one device to another using touch signal technology. The input system for multimedia device (100) comprises an input device (106) configured to transmit touch/release event and a multimedia device (100) configured to receive touch/release event from the input device. The input device comprises a conductive material body (107), a conductive material tip (109), a processing unit (111), a switching unit (110), and a power source. The input system operates when the conductive material body (107) corresponds to a predetermined capacitance value and the conductive material tip (109) contacts a touchscreen (101) of a multimedia device (100).
