Abstract
RESIDUAL VOLTAGE COMPUTATION CIRCUIT, POWER OUTAGE DETERMINATION CIRCUIT, AND SYSTEM-LINKED DEVICE By and in a phase synchronization circuit (11), a positive-phase phase (?pos) and a negative-phase phase (?neg) are calculated on the basis of line voltages (Vrs and Vst) of a three-phase system. By and in DQ conversion units (12a,12b), a positive phase D-axis component (Vposd), a positive phase Q-axis component (Vposq), a negative phase D-axis component (Vnegd) and a negative phase Q-axis component (Vnegq) are calculated by performing rotation coordinate transformation of the line voltage (Vrs and Vst)by the positive-phase phase (?pos) and the negative-phase phase (?neg). By and in absolute value calculation units (13a and 13b), a positive phase component absolute value (Vpos) is calculated on the basis of the positive phase D-axis component (Vposd) and the positive phase Q-axis component (Vposq), and a negative phase component absolute value (Vneg) is calculated on the basis of the negative phase D-axis component (Vnegd) and the negative phase Q-axis component (Vnegq). By and in a differentiator (14), an asymmetrical residual voltage (Vdipa), which is a residual voltage that is not dependent on failure aspect upon occurrence of voltage drop, by calculating a difference between the positive phase component absolute value (Vpos) and the negative phase component absolute value (Vneg). With these processes, by and in a circuit interconnected with a three-phase system, the residual voltage can be estimated in any cases of the failure aspects upon occurrence of the voltage drop.
