In a bio reactor, the concentration of biomass in a reactor can be reduced or washed out at high influent flow rate. At high organic loading, the biomass may be exposed to shock effect which can further reduce its concentration in the reactor. Installation of a good attached growth media provides extra surface area for attachment of the biomass. The present invention discloses an integrated submerged baffled reactor to allow growth of the biomass by promoting attachment of the growth media, which is mainly used for the waste water treatment. This integrated reactor is made up of any transparent thermoplastic material and has new geometry and configuration to promote growth of biomass, in turn improving nitrification and withstanding high organic loading during waste water treatment. This integrated system requires less space compared to the conventional waste water treatment plants. Most illustrative drawing: Figure 1
