Abstract

Disclosed is a tamper-evident container for food storage that uses a round male to female post lock on a single corner. After the cover (2) is locked to the tray base (1), it requires breaking the corner tray tab to open the container. This tab tear off provides positive evidence of container opening to indicate the container has been opened or tampered with.
