Here, the extending portion 111 mainly includes a holding member 112, a first engaging member 113 and a dot-broken line 114. The holding element 112 may be formed by extending from an end corner of the first body 110, as shown in fig. 2a, the holding element 112 may extend from a side wall 1101 of the opening of the first body 110 and be parallel to the bottom wall 1102 of the first body 110, but the invention is not limited thereto, and the holding element 112 may be disposed according to practical requirements, for example, the holding element 112 may also be disposed not parallel to the bottom wall 1102.
Referring to fig. 3a and 3b, fig. 3b is a partially enlarged schematic view (ii) of an open state according to some embodiments of the present invention. Here, the dotted line 114 connects the grip 112 and the first catch 113, wherein the grip 112 and the first catch 113 may be integrally formed, and the dotted line 114 is formed by pressing with a knife mold, so that the first catch 113 may be torn along the dotted line 114 to be separated from the grip 112.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3b again, the holding member 112 may further have a recess structure 1121, where the recess structure 1121 may be substantially U-shaped, and the dotted line 114 is located at the periphery of the recess structure 1121 and is the same as or similar to the shape of the recess structure 1121, so that the holding member 112 is connected to the first engaging member 113 through the dotted line 114 to accommodate the first engaging member 113 in the recess structure 1121.
Referring to fig. 3b again, in some embodiments, the holding member 112 may further include a plurality of curved regions 115 located at two ends of the concave structure 1121, and when the first engaging member 113 is separated from the holding member 112, the concave structure 1121 and the plurality of curved regions 115 located at two ends of the concave structure 1121 (as shown in fig. 5 b) are exposed, where an end of the curved region 115 may be a smooth curve to avoid scratching when the user uses the device, and the device may have a comfortable hand feeling.
In addition, the curved region 115 and the concave structure 1121 may be located on the same plane, that is, the curved region 115 and the concave structure 1121 are coplanar, and the first engaging member 113 is vertically protruded along a first vertical direction (i.e., a positive direction of the Z-axis shown in fig. 3 b) so as to form a hollow cylinder 113, and one side of the hollow cylinder has an opening, so that the second engaging member 123 can be accommodated. Here, the first latching member 113 may be a hollow cylinder, and a cross section of the first latching member in the first vertical direction is a shape gradually expanding from the top to the bottom (an opening side of the hollow cylinder), but the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3b, in some embodiments, the holding member 112 may further include a plurality of anti-slip protruding regions 116 located at two sides of the concave portion 1121, and a plurality of curved regions 115 are formed at the outer edges of the plurality of anti-slip protruding regions 116. Here, the plurality of anti-slip bump regions 116 may include a plurality of anti-slip bumps to increase the holding resistance and prevent the user from slipping off the hand during use.
Referring to fig. 2a, fig. 3a and fig. 3b, the second box 12 mainly includes a second body 120, a bending member 122 and a second latch 123.
The second body 120 is a hollow box with an opening on one side, and the whole appearance is generally rectangular and has four end corners, and the bending member 122 is located at one of the end corners or two of the end corners, in other words, the bending member 122 is formed by extending one of the end corners or two of the end corners of the second body 120. The bending part 122 is located at the corner of the second body 120, and the extending part 111 is located at the corner of the first body 110, which are disposed corresponding to each other.
Here, the bending member 122 may be provided with a bending region 1221. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3a and 5a, the bending member 122 may further include a first folding line P1 and a second folding line P2, and a bending region 1221 is formed between the first folding line P1 and the second folding line P2.
Referring to fig. 3a and 3b, and fig. 4a and 4b, fig. 4a and 4b are partially enlarged schematic views (a) and (b), respectively, of a closed state according to some embodiments of the present invention. Here, the second latch 123 may be disposed on the bending member 122. In some embodiments, the second latch 123 may further include an inner fastening member 1231 and an outer fastening member 1232, wherein the inner fastening member 1231 and the outer fastening member 1232 are respectively located at two sides of the bending member 122, the inner fastening member 1231 is located at a side of the bending member 122 close to the second box 12, and the outer fastening member 1232 is located at a side of the bending member 122 away from the second box 12. When the bending part 122 is bent along the bending area 1221, the outer fastening part 1232 is engaged with the first latching part 113, and the first latching part 113 is received in the inner fastening part 1231 (as shown in fig. 4a and 4 b).
In some embodiments, inner fastener 1231 is convex with respect to bending element 122 in a first vertical direction (e.g., the positive direction of the Z-axis shown in fig. 3 b), and outer fastener 1232 is convex with respect to bending element 122 in a second vertical direction (e.g., the negative (reverse) direction of the Z-axis shown in fig. 3 b), wherein the first vertical direction and the second vertical direction are opposite directions. In addition, the inner fastener 1231 and the outer fastener 1232 may be hollow cylinders, and one side of the hollow cylinder has an opening. In some embodiments, the cross-section of the inner fastening member 1231 and the outer fastening member 1232 in the first vertical direction is generally in a shape gradually expanding from the top to the bottom (the opening side of the hollow cylinder), but the invention is not limited thereto, and the shapes of the inner fastening member 1231 and the outer fastening member 1232 can be designed according to practical requirements.
In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the inner fastening member 1231 is greater than the inner diameter of the outer fastening member 1232, the inner diameter of the first latching member 113 is greater than the inner diameter of the outer fastening member 1232, so that the outer fastening member 1232 is tightly fitted in the first latching member 113, and the inner diameter of the first latching member 113 is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner fastening member 1231, so that the first latching member 113 is accommodated in the inner fastening member 1231.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 3b, 4a and 4b, when the first box 11 is fastened to the second box 12, the inner fastening member 1231 is accommodated in the first engaging member 113, the outer fastening member 1232 is bent from top to bottom to be accommodated in the first engaging member 113, and the outer fastening member 1232 is tightly engaged with the first engaging member 113, so that the first engaging member 113 tightly engages with the second engaging member 123. In other words, the outer fastening member 1232, the first latching member 113 and the inner fastening member 1231 are arranged in sequence from the outside to the inside.
Referring to fig. 4a, fig. 4b, fig. 5a, and fig. 5b, fig. 5a and fig. 5b are partially enlarged schematic diagrams (a) and (b), respectively, illustrating a state of being turned on after being turned off according to some embodiments of the present invention. Since the first latch 113 is connected to the grip 112 by the dotted line 114, when the user pinches the grip 112 and the combined first latch 113 and second latch 123 to break the dotted line 114, the tightly fitted external buckle 1232 and the first latch 113 will be separated from the grip 112, and at this time, the user can partially separate the first container 11 and the second container 12 to open the collapsible opening-proof container 1. In addition, the first detent member 113 that has been torn off can no longer engage with the holding member 112, so that the user can know that the collapsible tamper-proof container 1 has been opened.
After the tightly fitting outer fastening member 1232 and the first engaging member 113 are separated from the grip 112, since the inner diameter of the first engaging member 113 is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner fastening member 1231, the outer fastening member 1232 and the first engaging member 113 are also separated from the inner fastening member 1231, so that the bending member 122 is not folded (as shown in fig. 5 b).
Referring to fig. 5a and 5b, in some embodiments, when the first latch 113 is received in the inner buckle 1231, a center point of the inner buckle 1231 projected on a horizontal plane is different from a center point of the first latch 113 projected on the horizontal plane, so that the first latch 113 and the inner buckle 1231 form a staggered structure. Thus, when the first latch 113 and the outer buckle 1232 are separated from the grip 112, the first latch 113 is also separated from the inner buckle 1231, and after being separated from the inner buckle 1231, it is tilted outward and easily identified (as shown in fig. 5 b).
Please refer to fig. 5b and fig. 2b, the first body 110 of the first box 11 has a first engaging structure 1113, and the second body 120 of the second box 12 has a second engaging structure 1213. In some embodiments, the first fastening structure 1113 may be a protrusion structure, and the second fastening structure 1213 may be a groove structure closely matching with the protrusion structure, but not limited thereto, for example, the first fastening structure 1113 may be a groove structure, and the second fastening structure 1213 may be a protrusion structure.
Here, the first fastening structure 1113 surrounds the first body portion 110, and the second fastening structure 1213 surrounds the second body portion 120, so that when the first fastening structure 1113 and the second fastening structure 1213 are fastened to each other, the collapsible opening prevention container 1 is in a sealed state, that is, the first fastening structure 1113 and the second fastening structure 1213 are combined to form a sealed space between the first body portion 110 and the second body portion 120. Therefore, even after the external fastener 1232 and the first engaging member 113 are separated from the holding member 112, the first box 11 and the second box 12 can be fastened together to achieve the sealing effect. The first fastening structure 1113 and the second fastening structure 1213 are only exemplary structures surrounding the body, but not limited to the above, and only a portion of the first fastening structure 1113 and the second fastening structure 1213 can be combined to achieve the purpose of sealing.
It should be noted that, although the first box 11 is a lower box and the second box 12 is a cover as an example, the invention is not limited thereto, and referring to fig. 6 to 8, the first box 11 may be an upper cover and the second box 12 is a lower box. In addition, the first case 11 and the second case 12 may alternatively be both case structures (not shown).
Referring to fig. 1 and 2a, in some embodiments, the discount-type opening prevention container 1 may further include a connecting portion 13. Since the first container 11 has the first side 110a and the second side 110b opposite to each other, and the connecting portion 13 is located at the first side 110a of the first container 11 to connect the first container 11 and the second container 12, the first container 11 rotates relative to the second container 12 with the connecting portion 13 as the center. Here, the extending portion 111 is located at an end corner of the second side 110b of the first container 11, that is, the connecting portion 13 and the extending portion 111 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the first container 11, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the discount-type opening prevention container 1 of the present invention does not need to have a connecting portion 13. Here, the first box 11 is provided with an extending portion 111 at each end corner, the second box 12 is also provided with a bending member 122 at each end corner, and the first box 11 and the second box 12 are positioned by the extending portion 111 and the bending member 122 provided at one end corner. In this aspect, the first container 11 does not rotate relative to the second container 12, but can be directly separated from the second container 12.
In summary, in the discount-type opening prevention container 1 of the present invention, the holding member 112 and the first latch 113 are separated after opening and cannot be recovered, so that a user can identify whether the container has been opened. Therefore, the user can easily judge whether the container is opened or not from the appearance, thereby not only avoiding the problems of mistaken purchase, mistaken eating and the like, but also reducing consumption disputes.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
