【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は周側壁と蓋を備えた蓋付合成樹脂製容器に係り、詳しくは周側壁上端に連設した蓋のロック構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、醤油、清涼飲料、化学薬品、調味料等の輸送、販売には、これらの液体を合成樹脂製の密閉袋に充填し、前記密閉袋をダンボール箱等に収納し、前記密閉袋に注出口栓を取り付けてなる液体販売用容器、いわゆるバッグインボックスが広く使用されている。このようなバッグインボックスは輸送コストの低減と、容器の取り扱いの簡便性等から上記のような液体の輸送用容器として普及している。従来のバッグインボックスは、ダンボール箱等に液体を充填し、抽出口栓を取り付けてなる合成樹脂製袋を収納し、内溶液を注出するには箱の側面に穿設した穴から前記合成樹脂製袋に形成してなる注出口にコックを取り付け、このコックの開閉によって注出するように構成されている。

これらのバッグインボックスには、ダンボール箱の他に、蓋付きのボックス型合成樹脂製容器が使用されている。このような蓋付きのボックス型合成樹脂製箱の一例を示せば、図9及び図10に示すように、容器本体1の側壁上端部に二分割した大きさの蓋2aと蓋2bをそれぞれ蝶番3により回動自在に取り付けてなる。そして、容器本体1は、上部開口部に向かって外側に傾斜した側壁4の下部に底壁5を形成し、側壁4の上端部は水平な周縁6に下向きのフランジ7を設けて断面略コ字状嵌合部8を形成してなる。このように側壁上部をコ字状の嵌合部8と形成することによって堅牢な構造とすることができる。

一方、前記蓋2aと蓋2bの前記嵌合部8と接合する接合面の端縁には、垂直な周縁9を設けるとともに、前記2aと蓋2bの接合面近傍の周縁9の下端に内向きに突設した突起10によりロック部11を形成してなる。容器本体1に蓋2aと蓋2bを嵌合するには、蓋2aと蓋2bを蝶番3を中心にしてそれぞれ回動させながら前記周縁9内に嵌合部8を挿入するとともに、下向きフランジ7の下面に内向き突起10を係止させればよい。下向きのフランジ7に突起10が係止することによって前記蓋2aと蓋2bは本体1にロックされる。

図11は、容器本体と蓋とのロック構造の他の例を示すもので、容器本体1の上端部に下部フランジ12と上部フランジ13を突設して嵌合部14を形成する。一方、蓋2cは、蓋板15を下向きのU字状嵌合枠16の内枠中断に連結するとともに、前記嵌合枠16の外枠に内向きに突設した突起17によりロック部18を形成してなる。容器本体1に蓋2cを嵌合するには、蓋2cを押圧して前記嵌合枠16に嵌合部14を挿入し、下部フランジ12の下面に前記内向きの突起17を係止させればよい。下部フランジ12に内向き突起17が係止することによって前記蓋2cは容器本体1にロックされる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような容器本体と蓋とのロック構造においては、次のような問題がある。即ち、図10に示すようなロック構造においては、蓋を閉じるときはロック部において強く押圧しなければならず、また、開けるときは指の引っかかりが悪く開け難い。また、ロック部11をなす内向き突起10が破損したり、弾性力が低下するとロック機能を果たし得なくなる。図11に示すロック構造においても、図10の構造に比べて突起17は外枠下端より下方に突設しているために指の引っかかりはよいものの、弾性力の低下によってロック機能は果たし得なくなる。さらに、上記いずれの場合にもロック部は一カ所にしか設けられていないから、落下等の衝撃によりロック状態が解除されるおそれがある。落下等の衝撃によってロックを解除されないようにするには、内向き突起10及び11を大きくすればよいが、前記内向き突起を大きくすると、それだけ蓋を閉じたり開けたりすることが困難になる。

【発明の目的】
この発明はかかる現況に鑑みてなされたもので、蓋を閉じるときは容易に嵌合させることができるとともに、蓋を開くときも容易に開くことができ、しかも蓋を閉じた状態では確実に蓋をロックすることができる蓋付合成樹脂製容器を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は上記目的を達成するために次のような構成とした。即ち、この発明にかかる蓋付合成樹脂製容器は、容器本体と二分割してなる蓋とからなり、蓋を容器本体の対向する側壁上部に回動自在に取り付けてなる合成樹脂製容器において、容器本体の上部外面と蓋に突設した内向き突起とが係合する第1ロック部と、一方の蓋の両側端に側端縁と平行であって内外方向に起倒自在であり、先端部が突き合わせ面よりも突出したロック板と、他方の蓋の両側端には前記ロック板の先端部を挿入する隙間と挿入したロック板を係止するストッパー片を形成してなる切欠部とからなる第2ロック部とを有することを特徴とする。前記第2ロック部は、ロック板を蓋の両側端に設けた切欠部に、上方を外側に傾斜させて下端部の一部を連結し、先端部を突き合わせ面よりも突出させてなるとともに、他方の蓋の両側端に切欠部を設け、前記切欠部の上面内側に前記ロック板を起立した状態で挿入する隙間を有するようにロック板を係止するストッパー片を形成してなるように形成してもよい。

また、この発明にかかる蓋付合成樹脂製容器は、平面方形状の容器本体と二分割してなる蓋とからなり、蓋を容器本体の対向する側壁上部に回動自在に取り付けてなる合成樹脂製容器において、容器本体の上部外面と蓋に突設した内向き突起とが係合する第1ロック部と、容器本体の側面上部に下端部を固定し上部をフリーな状態として対称に配設した一対のフックからなるロック片と、前記フックの先端部を係止するように2つの蓋の側端にそれぞれ設けた係止リブとからなる第2ロック部とを有することを特徴とする。前記ロック片はフックを略V字状に配設することによって形成され、二分割してなる蓋に設けた係止リブがそれぞれ対応するフックと係止するように形成してもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図示する実施形態について詳細に説明する。図1及び図2は、第1実施形における上面斜視図であって、図1は蓋を閉じた状態の斜視図、図2は一方の蓋を開いた状態の斜視図である。蓋付容器20は、平面方形状の容器本体21と二分割してなる蓋22a、22bとからなる。容器本体20は、上部開口部に向かって外側に傾斜した側壁23の下部に底壁を形成し、対向する側壁23aの上端部には水平な周縁25に下向きのフランジ27を設けて断面略コ字状の縁枠29を形成してなる。このように側壁上部をコ字状に形成することによって、堅牢な構造とすることができる。また、前記縁枠29に切欠部30を設け、該切欠部30に蝶番を構成する軸31を水平に形成してなる。

さらに、前記容器本体21の側壁23aに隣接する一対の側壁23bの略中央部には縦方向に凹部33を形成している。また、側壁23bの上端部の外面には前記下向きフランジ27の下面とほぼ同じ高さ位置に水平なフランジ35を設けるとともに、前記凹部33より外側には前記周縁25よりも低くリブ37を設けて前記縁枠29と連結してなる。従って、凹部33の範囲ではリブ37が切り欠かれてフランジ35まで凹んでおり、フランジ35とリブ37とが蓋22a、22bへの嵌合部39となり、フランジ35が後述する蓋の突起とともに第1ロック40部を構成する。尚、前記側壁23bの上部の構成において、嵌合部39の構成は必ずしも上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば、縁枠29と同様に下方に開口する断面コ字状に形成してもよい。この場合には、外側側壁の下端面が第1ロック40部を構成する。

一方、蓋22a、22b側においては、側面の嵌合溝45を切り欠くことなく突き合わせ面まで延設してなり、内壁45aと外壁45cとの間に前記フック63の先端部を係止する係止リブ67を設けてなる。前記V字状ロック片61と係止リブ67とによって第2ロック部を構成する。この実施形態においては、蓋22a、22bは同一構成であるから、同時に閉じることができる。即ち、蓋22a、22bを降ろして行くと係止リブ67がフック63の先端部に当たり、さらに降ろしていくと係止リブ67によってフックの先端部が互いに接近するように閉じられ、嵌合溝45に嵌合部39が嵌合すると同時に、フック63はバネ作用によって復帰し、リブ67とフック63の先端部とが係止することによって一体にロックされる。尚、上記V字状ロック片61は一体に連続形成した形状であるが、逆ハ字状に分割形成された形状であってもよい。
