Abstract

A bio-waste recycling system (10) with a combined gasification and water disassociation process to produce biogas, clean heat and organic ash by incorporating biomass and water as raw material source. The gasification and combustion furnace (11) of said bio-waste recycling system (10) further includes a ducting means (33) for passing heated air from said furnace (11) into a rotary drying kiln (38) connected thereto for drying bio-waste materials. This environmentally friendly, organic material recycling, clean, easy to operate modular system has many practical and economical applications in rural, agriculture, energy, manufacturing and waste management industries.
