Abstract

A copper alloy seamless tube for supplying cold/hot water is obtained by working a copper alloy, the copper alloy including 0.45 to 0.90 mass% of Sn, 0.01 to 0.08 mass% of Zr, and 0.004 to 0.04 mass% of P, with the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities, the copper alloy seamless tube satisfying the expression (1): p2-p1?:0.3 (%IACS) (where, p1 is the electrical conductivity (%IACS) measured after subjecting the copper alloy to a solution treatment, and p2 is the electrical conductivity (%IACS) measured after subjecting the copper alloy to an aging treatment) in terms of electrical conductivity. The copper alloy seamless tube exhibits high strength, decreases in strength to only a small extent due to brazing, exhibits high creep deformation resistance, and suppresses intermediate temperature embrittlement.
