Abstract

The present invention discloses a portable electrical energy storage system comprising a smart integrated inverter-charger unit (101) and a battery unit (102). The smart integrated inverter-charger unit (101) comprises a plurality of input modules (103), a plurality of output modules (105) and a plurality of user control and display modules (104). The battery unit (102) stores an energy during an alternating current (AC) to a direct current (DC) conversion by the smart integrated inverter-charger unit (101). The smart integrated inverter-charger unit (101) and the battery unit (102) performs a sink function through the plurality of input (103) modules during a connection to the external power source. The smart integrated inverter-charger unit (101) and the battery unit (102) performs a source function through the plurality of output modules (105) during a connection to the load devices.
