The technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a corrosion-resistant micro-alloyed steel, the chemical composition of which is consisted of the following elements in weight percentage: C: 0.73%~0.85%, Si: 0.30%~0.90%, Mn: 0.80%~1.20%, Cr: 0.20%~0.40%, Cu: 0.30%~0.50%, Ni: 1/2~2/3 of Cu content, P: 0.03%~0.05%, S: :S0.025%; at least one of the following three elements: V: 0.04%~0.12%, Nb: 0.02%~0.06%, Re: 0.005%~0.05%; the remaining content is Fe and inevitable impurities. The microscopic structure of the steel rail product is pearlite and trace ferrite, with tensile strength?l,OOOMPa.. The steel rail product has outstanding corrosion resistance in marine environment and atmospheric environment, and is suitable for application in coastal areas and tunnels where the relative humidity is high.
