Abstract

The present invention discloses a clutch relay device comprising a driving shaft (3) on which a gear (1) is provided; a spring box (2) is provided in the side direction of the gear (1); and a flat spiral spring (4) is provided between the driving shaft (3) and the spring box (2), and an inner end of the flat spiral spring (4) is coiled around the driving shaft (3) while an outer end is connected to the spring box (2). By using the change of the relative angle of the driving shaft and the gear, the device realizes the effect of a bidirectional clutch, and solves the problem of collision and interference caused by coming into engagement or disengaging of gears and racks and non-synchronization of double motors, thus ensuring a stable relay process. The flat spiral spring (4) may realize overrunning in a certain range, provide a certain range of overrunning space, maintain a pre-tightening force in an unloaded state and can restore the gear to the original position.
