Abstract

An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a main body and an outer casing, the main body component being provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the outer casing being located outside the main body. The outer casing comprises a left door panel assembly (3) and a right door panel assembly (2), and the left door panel assembly (3) and the right door panel assembly (2) are connected with more than one set of drive assemblies (6). When the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in an operation state, the drive assemblies (6) drive the left door panel assembly (3) and the right door panel assembly (2) to open respectively from two sides along involute traces.
