Abstract
The present invention provides a multistage hydraulic mechanical refuse incinerator and a control method therefor. The refuse incinerator comprises a refuse charging hopper, a material- feeding grate, an incineration grat , a primary air supply system and a secondary air supply system. The incineration grate is divided into five units along a longitudinal direction, wherein the first (2) to the fourth (5) of the units are standard units and the fifth unit (6) is an extended end unit, while each unit (2; 3; 4; 5; 6) consists of several sliding grate bars, tumbling grate bars and fixed grate bars. The five units divide the entire incineration grate into a drying section, a combustion section and a bum out section along a direction of refuse movement, characterized in that each row of grate bars of the incineration grate is driven along the transverse direction by one shaft, and supported in the transverse direction by a steel frame in at least three positions thereof. The above-mentioned solutions can improve deficiencies with the prior refuse incinerator, and improve the ignition loss rate of refuse incineration. (Figure 2)
