Abstract
The present invention is provided with an inscribed roll (3) which is rotatably disposed, a 5 rotatable ring roll (2) in which the inscribed roll (3) is disposed on a space portion formed therein, and which is disposed such that a center distance between a rotation center of the inscribed roll (3) and a rotation center of the ring roll (2) is variable, an inscribed roll-rotating unit which rotates the inscribed roll (3), a pressing roll (4) which is disposed outside the ring roll (2) and presses an outer circumferential face of the ring roll (2), an adjustment unit (33A) which relatively moves the 10 inscribed roll (3) and the pressing roll ( 4) in a direction in which the rolls come close to or are spaced away from each other, thereby adjusting a center distance between the rotation center of the inscribed roll (3) and a rotation center of the pressing roll (4), and a ring roll-rotating unit which rotates the ring roll (2), in which an object to be squeezed which has been fed into the space portion of the ring roll (2) is squeezed between an inner circumferential face of the ring roll (2) and an outer 15 circumferential face of the inscribed roll (3) while being in direct contact with the inner circumferential face of the ring roll (2) and the outer circumferential face of the inscribed roll (3).
