Abstract
AN OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS TO PROVIDE A NOVEL SIGNAL PEPTIDE AND A TECHNIQUE FOR ENABLING EFFICIENT ACCUMULATION OF A DESIRED PROTEIN USING THE SIGNAL PEPTIDE. ALSO, A NUCLEIC ACID ENCODING A PEPTIDE COMPRISING THE AMINO ACID SEQUENCE SHOWN IN SEQ ID NO: 2 OR AN AMINO ACID SEQUENCE THAT HAS A DELETION, SUBSTITUTION, ADDITION, OR INSERTION OF ONE OR A PLURALITY OF AMINO ACIDS WITH RESPECT TO THE AMINO ACID SEQUENCE SHOWN IN SEQ ID NO: 2 IS PROVIDED.
