Abstract

The present invention relates to a riveting yoke manufacturing apparatus which can simultaneously perform a trimming process for processing each of primarily shaped and continuously supplied yokes to a predetermined designed shape, and a shaping process for finally shaping each of the yokes to a complete yoke shape through punching, and can discharge complete riveting yokes. The riveting yoke manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing riveting yokes by forging rod-shaped materials through a multi-step forging process includes: a feeding unit (11) which grips and horizontally feeds preformed yokes to a trimming spot, the preformed yokes being primarily processed through a multi-step forging process and continuously supplied to the feeding unit (11): a positioning unit (12) which is lifted when one or more yokes (1) approach a trimming area while the yokes (1) are being fed, and which is lowered when the yokes (1) arrive at the trimming area, whereby the positioning unit (12) can insert each of the yokes (1) into a correct position: a trimming unit (13) having one or more trimming spots, each of which is provided in the form of a bore so that punching and forging can be simultaneously performed for the yokes (1) seated in the bores, whereby the trimming unit (13) can simultaneously perform trimming and final shaping, and can discharge the completed yokes (1) above the trimming spots; and a discharging unit (14) for discharging the trimmed and completed yokes (1) and scrape (1’) separated from the yokes (1). In accordance with the present Invention, the number of components for the riveting yoke manufacturing apparatus can be reduced, and the number of the steps of manufacturing yokes can be also reduced, which can enhance the productivity. In addition, a subsequent separation step can be omitted, which can reduce the manufacturing costs.
