Abstract

[PROBLEM] THE INVENTION OFFERS A METHOD FOR OBTAINING SUGAR COMPONENTS EFFICIENTLY AS SAP FROM CUT DOWN PALM TRUNK BY INCREASING SUGAR CONCENTRATION IN SAP WHICH IS CONTAINED IN CUT DOWN PALM TRUNK. [MEANS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS] A METHOD FOR OBTAINING PALM SAP, COMPRISING, SELECTING CUT DOWN PALM TRUNK WHICH HAS HIGHER SUGAR CONCENTRATION IN ITS SAP THAN JUST AFTER THE TIME WHEN THE PALM TRUNK WAS CUT DOWN, AND EXTRACTING SAP FROM THE SELECTED PALM WINK. SUGAR CONCENTRATION IN SAP THAT IS CONTAINED IN STORED CUT DOWN PALM TRUNK INCREASED TO ABOUT THREE TIMES, COMPARING TO SUGAR CONCENTRATION IN SAP THAT IS CONTAINED IN PALM TRUNK RIGHT AFTER PALM TANK WAS CUT DOWN. THE TIMING FOR OBTAINING SAP FROM PALM TRUNK IS WHEN THE SUGAR CONCENTRATION OF SAP IN PALM TRUNK REACHES AT LEAST 1.5 TIMES OR HIGHER THAN JUST THE TIME OF THE PALM TRUNK WAS CUT DOWN. IN OTHER WORDS, THE TIMING IS WITHIN AT LEAST 1 TO 90 DAYS FROM THE TIME WHEN SUGAR CONCENTRATION INCREASING IN SAP IN PALM TRUNK IS DETECTED, OR BEFORE SUGAR CONCENTRATION INCREASING IN SAP IN PALM TRUNK TERMINATES.
