IT IS AN OBJECT OF A THIRD ASPECT OF THE INVENTION TO PROVIDE A LAYERED SHEET WHICH HAS A HOLDING SURFACE HAVING SURFACE ACCURACY AND HAS THE EXCELLENT PROPERTY OF ADSORPTIVELY HOLDING A MATERIAL TO BE POLISHED, AND A PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME.
