Abstract
DISCLOSED IS A GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET WITH CHROMATE-FREE CONVERSION COATING, WHICH IS SUPERIOR IN CORROSION RESISTANCE AT CUT END FACE. THE GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET WITH CHROMATE-FREE CONVERSION COATING INCLUDES A BASE STEEL SHEET, A GALVANIZED COATING AND A CHROMATE-FREE CONVERSION COATING BOTH ARRANGED IN ORDER ON OR ABOVE AT LEAST ONE SIDE OF THE BASE STEEL SHEET, IN WHICH THE BASE STEEL SHEET CONTAINS INCLUSIONS HAVING DIAMETERS RANGING FROM 0.1 TO 5.0 µM, AND THE AMOUNTS OF ALUMINUM (AL), MANGANESE (MN), AND SULFUR (S) CONTAINED IN THE INCLUSIONS SATISFY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: AL: 100 PPM BY MASS OR LESS, MN: 150 PPM BY MASS OR LESS, AND S: 150 PPM BY MASS OR LESS, EACH BASED ON THE TOTAL MASS OF THE BASE STEEL SHEET.
