THE PURPOSE OF IHE INVENTION, THEREFORE, IS TO PROVIDE A SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SPANS PREFERABLY ABOVE 20M WHICH CAN BE MODIFIED IN A FLEXIBLE WAY AND WITH LOW PLANNING AND PRODUCTION COSTS TO SUIT DIFFERENT SPANS. THIS PURPOSE IS FULFILLED BY A SUPPORT SYSTEM MADE UP OF A NUMBER OF PREFABRICATED STANDARD MODULES. ASSEMBLED IN A MODULAR AND STANDARDISED WAY, WITH DIFFERING LOAD CAPACITIES AND JOINED TOGETHER, TWO STANDARD MODULES BEING IN THE FORM OF BEARING ELEMENTS (1) AND MANUFACTURED IN A LATTICEWORK CONSTRUCTION WITH FLANGES (5) AND DIAGONAL STRUTS (6) MADE OF HOLLOW SECTIONS OF CONSTANT LENGTH. AND ONE STANDARD MODULE BEING IN THE FORM OF A CENTRAL PIECE ELEMENT (2, 2’, 2”) AND CONSISTING OF A BASIC MODULE OF A GRIDLESS FRAMEWORK CONSTRUCTION THAT CAN BE ACOUSTED BY MODIFYING ITS LENGTH AND THAT HAS FLANGES (3, 3', 3") AND UPRIGHTS (4) MADE OF HOLLOW SECTIONS WITH IN EACH CASE THE SAME COMPONENTS BEING USED FOR DIFFERENT SPANS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE LENGTH REQUIRED FOR THE CENTRAL PIECE ELEMENT (2, 2’, 2").
