LOCK MEMBERS (47A, 47B) WHICH ARE SLIDABLE UPWARD AND DOWNWARD ARE PROVIDED AT SIDES OF CASTER HOLDERS RESPECTIVELY SECURED TO LOWER PORTIONS OF FRONT LEGS (12) AND REAR LEGS (14) OF A STROLLER (10). RECESSES (45A, 45B) ARE PROVIDED AT CASTER SHAFTS WHICH ARE TO BE SELECTIVELY ENGAGED WITH THE LOCK MEMBERS (47A, 4TH) WHEN FRONT WHEELS (11) OR REAR WHEELS (13) ARE DIRECTED TO AN ADVANCING DIRECTION. LEAD WIRES (50A, 50B) HAVING BOTH ENDS CONNECTED TO THE FRONT AND REAR LOCK MEMBERS (47A, 4TH) ARE INSERTED THROUGH THE FRONT LEGS (12) AND REAR LEGS (14). THE LEAD WIRES (50A, 50B) ARE CONNECTED TO LOCK CHANGE OPERATION MEMBERS (54) SLIDABLY MOUNTED TO THE FRONT LEGS (12). BY A SLIDING OF THE LOCK CHANGE OPERATION MEMBERS (54), THE FRONT OR REAR LOCK MEMBERS (47A, 47B) ARE SELECTIVELY ENGAGED WITH THE RECESSES (45A, 45B) PROVIDED AT THE CASTER SHAFTS.
