A HIGHLY ANTISTATIC LAMINATE CONTAINING A SUBSTRATE AND A CONDUCTIVE LAYER LAMINATED ON AT LEAST ONE SIDE OF THE SUBSTRATE, THE CONDUCTIVE LAYER CONTAINING A CONDUCTIVE POLYMER AND BEING CURED, WHEREIN A SURFACE RESISTANCE (RSo) AT 25°C, RELATIVE HUMIDITY 15OF THE CONDUCTIVE LAYER IS NOT MORE THAN 10 ( ) ( ) / ( ), A RATIO (RS1/RSo) OF SURFACE RESISTANCE (RS1) AT 25°C, RELATIVE HUMIDITY 15OF THE CONDUCTIVE LAYER AFTER IMMERSING THE HIGHLY ANTISTATIC LAMINATE IN PURE WATER AT 40°C FOR ONE HOUR, TO RSo IS NOT MORE THAN 10, AND A RATIO (RS2/RSo) OF SURFACE RESISTANCE (RS2) AT 25°C, RELATIVE HUMIDITY 15OF THE CONDUCTIVE LAYER AFTER 150TRETCHING THE HIGHLY ANTISTATIC LAMINATE, TO RSo IS PREFERABLY NOT MORE THAN 10.
