Abstract

A FLON GAS COLLECTION SYSTEM IS CONFIGURED SUCH THAT, IN AN UPSTREAM-TO-DOWNSTREAM DIRECTION OF THE FLON GAS, AT LEAST AN OIL SEPARATION SECTION (3A) OF A SYSTEM OIL SEPARATOR (3), A FILTER DRYER (4), A COMPRESSOR (5), AND A HEAT EXCHANGE SECTION (3B) OF THE SYSTEM OIL SEPARATOR (3) ARE INTERPOSED IN TUBING (6,8,10 AND 12) FOR CONNECTING BETWEEN A HIGH-PRESSURE FITTING (1) REMOVABLY CONNECTED TO A HIGH PRESSURE SIDE OF A FLON GAS FILLING INLET OF THE AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT AND A FLON TANK (2), AND CONCURRENTLY, A COLLECTION-DEDICATED SOLENOID VALVE (SV-6) AND AN INPUT-DEDICATED SOLENOID VALVE (AV-1) ARE INTERPOSED IN PREDETERMINED POSITIONS. IN ADDITION, AN OIL REPLENISHMENT INLET (24) IS CONNECTED TO TUBING (23) VIA A CHECK VALVE (CV-OIL) THAT OPENS UPON EXERTION OF A PREDETERMINED PRESSURE, THE TUBING CONNECTING BETWEEN A LOW-PRESSURE FITTING (22) REMOVABLY CONNECTED TO A LOW PRESSURE SIDE OF THE FLON GAS FILLING INLET OF THE AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT AND THE FLON TANK (2). WHEN THE FLON GAS COLLECTION SYSTEM IS UTILIZED TO COLLECT THE FLON GAS FROM THE AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT, A PRESSURE OF THE CORRECTION OF THE FLON GAS IS USED AND OIL IS THEREBY REPLENISHED INTO THE AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT THROUGH A LOW PRESSURE SIDE OF THE FLON GAS FILLING INLET.(FIG 1)
