Abstract

A PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A CONTROLLED ELECTRONIC SWITH (A SEMICONDUCTOR SWITCH DEVICE) FOR CONNECTING ELECTRICAL CONSUMERS OF DIFFERENT CAPACITY WITH A DC OR AC LINE OF ONE PHASES OR SEVERAL PHASES WITHOUT ELECTRIC ARC OR SPARK WHICH ENSURES DURING THE SWITCHING OFF OF ACTIVE LOARDS A SUBSTANTIAL DECREASE OF THE TRANSIENTS, THE CONTROLLED ELECTRONIC SWITCH COMPRISING TWO ANTIPARALLEL THYRISTORS. ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT INVENTION THE THYRISTORS (T1, T2) ARE PROVIDED WITH A SWITCH (S1) BETWEEN THE CONTROL GATES. TO PREVENT THE FLOW OF A BACK CURRENT ACROSS THE CONSUMER A SECOND SWITCH (S2) IS CONNECTED IN SERIES WITH THE PAIR OF ANTIPARALLEL CONNECTED THYRISTORS (T1,T2). TO AVOID THE DISTORTION OF THE SEMICONDUCTOR SWITCH DEVICES A THIRD SWITCH (S3) MAY BE CONNECTED IN PARALLEL WITH THE SERIES CONNECTION OF THE SECOND SWITCH (S2) AND THE PAIR OF ANTIPARALLEL CONNECTED THYRISTORS (T1, T2)(FIG.1)
