TO PROVIDE A COOLING STRUCTURE OF A BELT TYPE TRANSMISSION FOR A MOTORCYCLE CAPABLE OF EFFECTING PREVENTION OF INGRESS OF WATER FROM DEEP PUDDLES OR THE LIKE INTO A BELT CHAMBER.IN A COOLING STRUCTURE OF A BELT TYPE TRANSMISSION FOR A MOTORCYCLE IN WHICH A DRIVING SHEAVE CONNECTED TO A POWER SOURCE AND A DRIVEN SHEAVE CONNECTED TO AN AXLE, BOTH BELTED TO EACH OTHER WITH A V-BELT, ARE HOUSED IN A BELT CHAMBER, THE BELT CHAMBER IS PROVIDED WITH AN INTAKE PORT (15) AND A DISCHARGE PORT (45) FOR OUTSIDE AIR, AND COOLING OUTSIDE AIR IS ALLOWED TO FLOW THROUGH SAID BELT CHAMBER VIA THE INTAKE AND DISCHARGE PORTS (15, 45) THE INTAKE AND DISCHARGE PORTS (15, 45) FOR OUTSIDE AIR ARE FORMED IN A FORWARD UPPER PART AND A REARWARD UPPER PART OF SAID BELT CHAMBER.(FIG 4)
