Abstract

SURFACE-TREATED METAL SHEETS COMPRISING 0.3-5.0 G/M² OF A FILM FORMED FROM AN AQUEOUS ORGANIC/ INORGANIC COMPOUND PAINT CONTAINING (1) A POLYOLEFIN WAX DISPERSION WITH A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF 6000-15,000 (A) AND A POLYOLEFIN WAX DISPERSION (B) WITH A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF 1000-5000, WITH 5-35% WT OF COLLOIDAL SILICA IN TERMS OF SOLID CONTENT. ALSO, SURFACE-TREATED METAL SHEETS HAVING, AS A FIRST LAYER, AN AQUEOUS ORGANIC/ INORGANIC COMPOUND FILM CONTAINING A POLYOLEFIN WAX DISPERSION WITHA MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF 6000-15,000, AT A DRY WEIGHT OF 0.05-0.3 G/M², AND AS A SECOND LAYER,AN AQUEOUS ORGANIC/INORGANIC COMPOUND FILM CONTAINING 5-35 WT% OF COLLOIDAL SILICA IN TERMS OF SOLID CONTENT, AT A DRY WEIGHT OF 0.5-5.0 G/M². THERE ARE ALSO PROVIDED AN AQUEOUS ORGANIC/INORGANIC COMPOUND PAINT AND A MANUFACTURING PROCESS, WHICH ALLOW MANUFACTURE OF SUCH SURFACE-TREATED METAL SHEETS.(FIG 1)
