IN A PRINTED RESIN FILM (1) FOR LAMINATING SHEETS OF THE INVENTION, FOR AN UPPERMOST LAYER, THERE IS USED A TRANSPARENT BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYESTER RESIN FILM (10) HAVING A HEAT SETTING TEMPERATURE THS (°C) AND A MELTING POINT TML (°C), AND FOR A LAYER THEREUNDER, THERE ARE SELECTIVELY LAMINATED A PRINTED LAYER (6), A COLORED RESIN LAYER (5), A BASE RESIN ]AYER (7) OF A MELTING POINT TM2 (°C) AND AN ADHESIVE RESIN LAYER (4) SUCH THAT A RELATIVE FORMULA OF TM2 - - 35 ≤ THS S TM2 + 15 ≤ TM1 IS OBTAINED, THEREBY TO MAKE THE PRINTED RESIN FILM (1) FOR LAMINATING DECORATIVE SHEET (11), AND THE RESIN FILMS ARE LAMINATED ON A METAL SHEET TO PRODUCE A DECORATIVE SHEET.
