The colored polyvinyl chloride resin film 2 which is the base material of the clear image decorative sheet 1 of the present invention absorbs the thickness of the printing ink layer 3 provided on the colored polyvinyl chloride resin film 2 to form irregularities. It is essential in order to have the effect of eliminating and to obtain good bending workability. As the colored polyvinyl chloride resin film 2, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer,
A vinyl chloride resin composition consisting of stabilizers, pigments, and other additives, which has been formed into a film by a calendaring method.Polyvinyl chloride resins include vinyl chloride homopolymer as well as chlorides such as vinyl acetate and ethylene. It includes a copolymer of a vinyl monomer and a copolymerizable monomer, but the plasticizer, stabilizer, pigment, etc. are not particularly limited. The thickness of this polyvinyl chloride resin film is 50 to 200 μm.
It is preferable to set the degree. When the thickness is less than 50 μm, the effect of absorbing the thickness of the printing ink layer 3 provided on the polyvinyl chloride resin film 2 to eliminate the unevenness is insufficient, and the bending workability when used as a decorative plate is not good. On the other hand, making the thickness more than 200 μm is not preferable in view of workability.
However, when the bending process is small, it is possible to improve the design by setting the thickness to 200 μm or more. Although it is possible to use an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer film instead of the polyvinyl chloride resin film, the adhesiveness with an adhesive, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, printing compatibility, etc. Performance is inferior to that of vinyl chloride resin film.

Examples of the transparent biaxially stretched polyester film 42 constituting the surface layer of the clear image-decorative sheet 1 of the present invention include polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene-1,2-diphenoxyethane-4,4. Examples of the polyester include'-dicarboxylate and polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate as polymerized units. Of these, polyethylene terephthalate is particularly preferable. The base film made of these polyester resins is oriented in at least uniaxial direction, preferably biaxial direction by a known stretching method. In particular, a biaxially oriented polyester resin film is preferable because it has excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance. The thickness of the film is 5
A range of 200 μm is suitable. When the thickness is 5 μm or less, the depth of printing is poor, the image clarity is poor, and handling during film lamination is difficult. If it is 200 μm or more, bending becomes difficult and the economical efficiency is deteriorated. It is preferably 25 to 100 μm.

Thermal adhesive layer 4 made of such a resin composition.
In order to form 1 on the transparent biaxially stretched polyester film 42, the blocked isocyanate curing agent and the polyurethane resin are each dissolved in an appropriate solvent, and the obtained solutions are mixed to form a coating agent. The coating agent obtained as described above is melt-extruded and then preferably applied to the surface of an unoriented polyester film immediately after casting or a low-oriented polyester film having a low degree of stretching. The coating agent is applied by crystallization in the unextruded film with low crystallinity which is not stretched as it is melt-extruded as described above, or in the low orientation which is uniaxially stretched slightly in the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction. By performing the film in a low-strength state, the adhesion of the coating film to the base polyester film is enhanced, and the coating film is also stretched at the same time when the physical properties of the base film are enhanced by subsequent transverse and longitudinal stretching. It is possible to obtain the easily-adhesive polyester film 4 in which the thin film is blown out and the thin film is firmly adhered.

The method for producing the clear image-quality decorative sheet 1 of the present invention will be described in detail. The printing ink layer 3 side of the colored polyvinyl chloride resin film 2 and the heat-adhesive layer 41 side of the easily-adhesive polyester film 4 as a surface protective layer are overlapped and heated by passing them between embossing rolls and pressure rolls that are pressed against each other. While pressing, the transparent biaxially stretched polyester film 42 is fused to the printing ink layer surface of the colored polyvinyl chloride resin film 2 to form a single decorative sheet, and a mirror surface metal roll is used as the embossing roll. The bonding and surface smoothing can be performed simultaneously with. The film temperature during lamination is 160 to 200
It is preferably set to ° C. If the temperature is lower than 160 ° C., the blocking of the curing agent of the thermal adhesive layer 41 will not be sufficiently released, resulting in insufficient adhesion. On the other hand, if the film temperature at the time of laminating is increased to 200 ° C. or higher, the transparent biaxially stretched polyester film 42 does not have a smooth finish due to adhesion with the mirror surface of the metal roll, and sufficient image clarity cannot be obtained.
