THIS ABRASIVE COMPOSITION ENABLES LOWERING OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS OF A MAGNETIC RECORDING DISK SUBSTRATE ; FORMS NO NODULES , POLISHING SCRATCHES , AND MINUTE DEFECT SUCH AS MICROPITS ; AND ENABLES POLISHING AT ENERGY-SAVING SPEEDS.
