A TOPSHEET (TOP LAYER) OF A DISPOSABLE BODY FLUIDS ABSORPTIVE ARTICLE SUCH AS SANITARY NAPKIN (1) COMPRISES CONTINUOUS FILAMENTS (6) OF THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN PARALLEL EXTENDING LONGITUDINALLY OF THE NAPKIN ( 1). THESE FILAMENTS (6) ARE HEAT-SEALED TOGETHER ALONG LONGITUDINALLY OPPOSITE ENDS ( 7) AND ARE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE OPPOSITE ENDS (7) WITH BONDED PORTIONS (12) INTERMITTENLY ARRANGED IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION OF THE FILAMENTS (6), IN WHICH A PLURALITY OF ADJACENT FILAMENTS (6) ARE BONDED TOGETHER, RESPECTIVELY.(FIG.1)
