DRAINING DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR CONTROLLING WASHING IN A FULL AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE IS DISCLOSED, WHICH PERMITS A PULSATOR (44) AND A WASHING/DEHYDRATING TUB (43) OPERATED IN FIXED, ROTATING, FIXED/ROTATING, AND FAST SPEED ROTATING MODES, THE FULL AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE INCLUDING A CLUTCH MECHANISM (49) HAVING A CLUTCH LEVER (69) MOVABLY FIXED TO AN OUTER FRAME OF THE CLUTCH (49) WITH A BOLT (74) AND A BRAKE LEVER (70) MOVABLY FIXED TO A FIXED FRAME (73A) AND INTERLOCKED WITH THE CLUTCH LEVER (69) BY A CLEARANCE ADJUSTING SCREW (72), A CONNECTING PIECE (63) DISPOSED AT AN END OF THE CLUTCH LEVER (69) AND HAVING A VARIABLE PROJECTION (67), A FIXED PIECE (63A) TO A DRAIN SYSTEM, AND A HOOKING PIECE (68) FOR A CONNECTING LEVER (62) ON THE GEARED MOTOR (61), A DRAIN VALVE (64) CONNECTED TO THE FIXED PIECE (63A), AND THE GEARED MOTOR (61) CONNECTED TO THE HOOKING PIECE (68) THROUGH THE CONNECTING PIECE (63) FOR VARYING A PROJECTION (67) ON THE CONNECTING PIECE (63), WHEREBY THE FULL AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE ROTATES THE PULSATOR (44) AND THE WASHING/DEHYDRATING TUB (43) IN REGULAR AND REVERSE DIRECTIONS RESPECTIVELY IN A FIXED OR ROTATING MODE, STOP THE WASHING/DEHYDRATING TUB (43) AFTER RUNNING FOR A PREDETERMINED TIME PERIOD FROM OPENING OF A WASHING MACHINE DOOR (50) TO ROTATE THE PULSATOR (44) ONLY IN A ROTATING/FIXED MODE, AND ROTATES THE WASHING/DEHYDRATING TUB (43) AND PULSATOR (44) AT A HIGH SPEED ON THE SAME TIME IN A FAST SPEED ROTATING MODE.(FIGURE 4)
