The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
A washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a tub 10, a dehydration tub 20, and a drain sealing mechanism 30.
The drain sealing mechanism 30 includes a drain sealing valve 31, a pulling wire 32, and an actuator 33.
First, the drain seal valve 31 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the drain sealing valve 31 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a valve body 100, a sealing valve plug 200, a first elastic member 300, and a second elastic member 400.
At least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is retractable with respect to the valve body 100, where it is understood that at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is extended with respect to the valve body 100, i.e., at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 moves away from the valve body 100; when at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is retracted relative to the valve body 100, at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 moves in a direction adjacent to the valve body 100. The first elastic member 300 is coupled to the valve body 100 and the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200, respectively, and the first elastic member 300 provides a pushing force to extend the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 with respect to the valve body 100. A second elastomeric member 400 is coupled to the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200, the second elastomeric member 400 being configured to transmit a pulling force that retracts the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 relative to the valve body 100.
In the drain sealing mechanism 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the pulling wire 32 is connected to the second elastic member 400. A drive device 33 is connected to the other end of the wire 32.
In the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the dehydration tub 20 is provided inside the tub 10, and the dehydration tub 20 is provided with the drain opening 21. The valve body 100 is mounted to the tub 10 and seals the at least one portion of the valve plug 200 to correspond in position to the drain opening 21.
Specifically, when the pulling wire 32 is pulled by the actuator 33, the pulling wire 32 pulls the second resilient member 400, and the second resilient member 400 transmits a pulling force that retracts the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 relative to the valve body 100 such that the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 opens the drain opening 21. When the pulling wire 32 is released by the driving unit 33, the pulling force applied to the second elastic member 400 is removed, and the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is protruded with respect to the valve body 100 by the pushing force of the first elastic member 300, so that the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 closes the drain opening 21.
For example, the drive device 33 may be a motor that pulls the wire 32 in the forward direction and releases the wire 32 in the reverse direction.
According to the drain sealing valve 31 of the embodiment of the present invention, not only the opening and closing of the drain port 21 of the dehydration barrel 20 can be realized, but also the opening and closing operation can be realized by the elastic force of the first elastic member 300 and the elastic force of the second elastic member 400, compared with the related art in which the structure of the cam link and the valve rod is adopted, the structure is simpler, the transmission path of the force is simplified, the transmission is simpler, the requirement for the matching precision is reduced, and the stability of the transmission is greatly improved. In addition, the first elastic member 300 provides the sealing valve plug 200 with a pushing force for closing the drain opening 21, which is more continuously and reliably provided and is less affected by other factors (e.g., vibration, etc.), so that the sealing effect is more reliable. Therefore, the drain seal valve 31 for the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention has advantages of simple structure, stable transmission, reliable sealing, etc.
The drain sealing mechanism 30 for the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of simple structure, stable transmission, reliable sealing, etc. by using the drain sealing valve 31 for the washing machine according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
The washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has advantages of simple structure, reliable drainage and sealing performance, etc. by using the drainage sealing mechanism 30 for the washing machine according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
The drain sealing valve 31, the drain sealing mechanism 30, and the washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the washing machine 1 further includes a blocking mechanism (not shown) switchable between a state of blocking the rotation of the spin-drying tub 20 and a state of allowing the rotation of the spin-drying tub 20, the blocking mechanism being mounted to the tub 10.
Specifically, when the washing machine 1 is ready to be supplied with water and washed, the blocking mechanism is switched to a state of blocking the rotation of the dehydration barrel 20, the dehydration barrel 10 is stopped, the dehydration barrel 10 is in a stationary state, the drainage seal valve 31 closes the drainage port 21, the washing water is completely sealed in the dehydration barrel 10, only the dehydration barrel 10 contains water, and after the washing is finished, the drainage port 21 is opened by the drainage seal valve 31, and the water is drained from the drainage port 21. Thus, the washing water is only kept in the dehydration tub 10 during washing, and the water-saving feature is provided. During drainage and dehydration, the drainage port 21 is opened by the drainage seal valve 31, and most of sediment such as silt, thread scraps, particles, dirt, and the like are discharged from the drainage port 21.
The structure of the blocking mechanism is known to those skilled in the art, such as the structure described in the background of the invention, and will not be described herein.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the drain port 21 is provided at a sidewall of the spin-drying tub 20 at a bottom of the spin-drying tub 20, and the valve body 100 is mounted at a sidewall of the tub 10. Since the space of the bottom space of the washing machine is usually tight due to the arrangement of the motor, the clutch and other devices, the drainage seal valve 31 is arranged at the side part, so that the abundant space at the side part of the washing machine can be utilized, the occupation of the bottom space is reduced, the available amount of the bottom space of the washing machine is increased, and the arrangement of the bottom devices of the washing machine is facilitated. In addition, the drain sealing valve 31 is provided at the side, and the influence of the vibration of the washing machine on the drain sealing valve 31 can be reduced, thereby further improving the reliability of drainage and sealing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dehydration barrel 20 includes a barrel ring 22 and a barrel bottom 23 disposed at the bottom of the barrel ring 22, the drain port 21 may be disposed on the barrel ring 22 at a position where the barrel ring 22 and the barrel bottom 23 meet, the outer surface of at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is provided with a sealing ring 220 extending along the circumferential direction of the sealing valve plug 200, and when the drain port 21 is closed by the drain sealing valve 31, the sealing ring 220 surrounds the drain port 21 to improve sealing performance.
Of course, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the drain port 21 may be provided on a sidewall of the tub bottom 23, and since the sidewall of the tub bottom 23 is located inside the tub rim 22 in the radial direction of the dehydration tub 20, a peripheral wall of the sealing valve plug 200 may have a corrugated structure 230 so as to seal the drain port 21. The outer surface of the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is provided with a sealing ring 220 extending in the circumferential direction of the sealing valve plug 200, and the sealing ring 220 surrounds the drain opening 21 to improve sealability when the drain sealing valve 31 closes the drain opening 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the valve body 100 is provided with a first stopper shaft 24, the tub 10 is provided with a second stopper shaft 25 positioned below the first stopper shaft 24, and the pull wire 32 is wound around the first stopper shaft 24 and the second stopper shaft 25. For example, the pulling wire 32 may be wound around the outer side of the first limiting shaft 24 and around the inner side of the second limiting shaft 25, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the driving device 33 below the dehydrating tub 20 and restraining the pulling wire 32 to ensure the tidiness of the pulling wire 32 and the stability of the transmission pulling force.
Wherein, grooves for preventing the pull wire 32 from moving in the axial direction of the first limit shaft 24 and the second limit shaft 25 are formed on the first limit shaft 24 and the second limit shaft 25.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the tub 10 is provided with a mounting hole, the valve body 100 is located outside the tub 10, and a rim of the sealing valve plug 200 is pressed against an outer surface of the tub 10 by the valve body 100, for example, the rim of the sealing valve plug 200 is pressed against an outer circumferential wall surface of the tub 10 by the valve body 100 and the rim of the sealing valve plug 200 surrounds the mounting hole, and the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 protrudes into the tub 10 from the mounting hole. Thereby, the drain sealing valve 31 may be stably and reliably mounted on the tub 10, and the gap between the tub 10 and the valve body 100 may be sealed by the sealing valve plug 200.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the drain sealing valve 31 further includes a valve tube 500.
The valve tube 500 is movably mounted to the valve body 100, and the valve tube 500 is coupled to the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200, and the first and second elastic members 300 and 400 are coupled to the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 through the valve tube 500.
Specifically, when the pulling wire 32 is pulled by the driving device 33, the pulling wire 32 pulls the second elastic member 400, the second elastic member 400 pulls the valve tube 500, and the valve tube 500 pulls the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200, so that the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 retracts relative to the valve body 100, and the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 opens the drain opening 21. When the pulling wire 32 is released by the driving device 33, the pulling force applied to the second elastic member 400 is removed, the first elastic member 300 pushes the valve tube 500, and the valve tube 500 pushes the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200, so that the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is extended relative to the valve body 100, so that the at least one portion of the sealing valve plug 200 closes the drain opening 21.
Therefore, the connection between the first elastic member 300 and the second elastic member 400 and the sealing valve plug 200 can be facilitated, the abrasion of the sealing valve plug 200 can be reduced, and the service life of the sealing valve plug 200 can be prolonged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the valve body 100 is provided with a through hole 110, and the valve tube 500 is movably fitted with the through hole 110 with respect to the valve body 100 to movably mount the valve tube 500 to the valve body 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the valve body 100 is provided with a guide rib 120 disposed around the through hole 110 and the valve tube 500, and the guide rib 120 may restrict a movement path of the valve tube 500, thereby improving the stability of the movement of the valve tube 500.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, the valve pipe 500 has a bonnet 510, the bonnet 510 is located at an end of the valve pipe 500 adjacent to the sealing valve plug 200 and extends in a ring shape along a circumferential direction of the valve pipe 500, the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 is provided with a catching groove 210, the catching groove 210 extends in the ring shape along the circumferential direction of the sealing valve plug 200, and the bonnet 510 is caught in the catching groove 210. Thus, upon movement of the valve tube 500, the at least a portion of the sealing valve plug 200 may be pulled or pushed accordingly.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, a stopping step 520 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the valve tube 500, the first elastic member 300 is a spring sleeved on the valve tube 500, one end of the first elastic member 300 abuts against the valve body 100, and the other end of the first elastic member 300 abuts against the stopping step 520, so as to realize the installation and positioning of the first elastic member 300 and enable the first elastic member 300 to push the valve tube 500 to move.
