Description

Drum washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to washing machine equipment in household appliances, in particular to a top-opening type drum washing machine, in particular to a drum washing machine, wherein a drum consists of a pore-free inner drum without a dewatering hole, and a clothes feeding port is arranged at the top of the drum.
Background
Washing machines can be largely classified into pulsator type, agitator type, and drum type washing machines. Generally, a washing machine removes stains from laundry by the action of water and detergent.
The pulsator type washing machine performs a washing operation by rotating a pulsator at the center of a washing tub in a left-right direction. The pulsator type washing machine performs a washing operation by using a frictional force between a water current and laundry by rotating a rotation fin at the center of a washing tub in a left-right direction. The drum type washing machine performs a washing operation by rotating a drum to beat laundry.
In general, a drum type washing machine has a housing, an outer tub for accommodating washing water is installed inside the housing, a drum for accommodating laundry is provided inside the outer tub, and a motor and a shaft for rotating the drum are provided on the rear surface of the outer tub.
In addition, there are control parts for controlling the progress of the laundry, typically a control panel, and water inlet and drainage mechanisms, etc. The drum type washing machine removes stains contained in laundry by using friction between wash water stored in a tub and the laundry in a drum and chemical action of detergent contained in the wash water.
The washing drum is used as an important part of the washing machine, is not only used for containing washings to form a washing container, but also can participate in washing work, in particular to the drum washing machine, mainly lifts and throws clothes by virtue of the rotation action of the washing drum so as to form a beating effect, and meanwhile, the washing drum has a certain rubbing effect on the clothes, so that the washing effect is achieved by virtue of beating and washing; in addition to pulsator washing, many existing pulsator washing machines also use a washing drum for washing, such as so-called "double-power" washing machines, which are popular in the market.
Compared with the pulsator washing machine, the drum washing machine has the weakness that the machine door is arranged at the front side, so that after water enters, the machine door is inconvenient to open, clothes are added again, the clothes are contained or taken out, and the clothes are taken out by bending down or squatting down, so that the drum washing machine is inconvenient for old people or pregnant women. The top-opening type drum washing machine has the advantages of being small in washing and abrasion of the drum washing machine, and capable of taking and putting clothes through an upper opening of the pulsator washing machine and adding the clothes in the middle.
In order to avoid pollution to washing water, the applicant has previously proposed a non-porous drum washing machine which combines the inner and outer drums together, so as to overcome the problem of dirt retention between the inner and outer drums. Therefore, how to apply the non-porous drum technology to the top-open type washing machine has become a research and development hot spot.
The present invention has been made in view of this.
