AN OUTER SHEETS (S2) ARE PARTLY BONDED TO THE BOTH SURFACES OF AN INNER SHEET (S1), WHICH IS CRINKLED TO EXPAND, WHEN ITS CRINKLES ARE SPREAD, AT A LOWER EXPANSION RATIO (LOWER CREPE RATIO), OR WHICH IS NOT CRINKLED, TO PRODUCE THE DISPOSABLE WIPER SHEET (L) OF THE INVENTION. THE OUTER SHEET (S2) HAS. A HIGHER EXPANSION RATIO (HIGHER CREPE RATIO) THAN THE INNER SHEET (S1). WHEN IMPREGNATED WITH LIQUID CHEMICALS, THE INNER AND OUTER SHEETS (S1,S2) EXPAND, AS THEIR CRINKLES ARE SPREAD, AT DIFFERENT EXPANSION RATIOS, THEREBY PRODUCING EXPANSIONS (B) IN THE OUTER SHEETS (S2) DUE TO THE DIFFERENCE IN THE EXPANSION RATIO BETWEEN THOSE SHEETS (S1, S2). AFTER HAVING BEEN THUS EXPANDED, THE DISPOSABLE WIPER SHEET (1) COMPRISING THE PARTLY BONDED SHEETS (S1, S2) BECOMES VOLUMINOUS AS A WHOLE. THE INNER SHEET AND THE OUTER SHEETS (S1, S2) ARE PROCESSED TO HAVE A LARGE NUMBER OF MINUTE OR FINE HOLES (3). WHEN DISPOSED OF IN FLUSH TOILETS, THE WIPER SHEET (1) OF THE INVENTION IS EASY TO SINK IN WATER POOLING IN FLUSH TOILETS OR IN SEPTIC TANKS, SINCE AIR EXISTING IN THE SPACES (C) AS FORMED BETWEEN THE INNER SHEET AND THE OUTER SHEETS (S1, S2) CAN EASILY ESCAPE OUTSIDE THE WIPER SHEET (1) THROUGH THE MINUTE OR FINE HOLES (3) FORMED IN THE CONSTITUTIVE SHEETS.
