A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SOLID ORGANIC FERTILIZER COMPRISING (i) BAGASSE AS THE BASIC MATERIAL FOR COMPOST TREATMENT; (ii) REMOVING BY DISTILLATION TO OBTAIN ALCOHOL DREGS; AND (iii) ADDING SAID ALCOHOL DREGS INTO SAID BAGASSE FOR MICROORGANISME SEEDING, WHEREIN THE RATIO OF SAID BAGASSE TO ALCOHOL DREGS RANGES FROM 1:1 TO 1: 4. PREFERBLY, THE COMPOST CONTAINS 50TO 60WATER DURING FERMENTING. PREFERABLY STILL, THE FINISHED SOLID ORGANIC FERTILIZER HAS LESS THAN 40WATER CONTENT. IN ONE PREFERRED EMBODMENT, THE ALCOHOL DREGS ARE CONCENTRATED RESIDUALS DERIVED FROM MOLASSES FTER IT HAS YEAST-FERNEBTED AND ALCOHOL PRODUCED THEREOF, WHEREIN THE MOLASSES IS WHAT REMAINS AFTER PART OF THE SUGAR CANE JUICE HAS CRYSTALLIZED INTO SUGAR.
