A METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYMERIZED COATING, INCLUDES STEPS OF: IMMERSING A METAL CONDUCTOR IN AN ALKALINE AQUEOUS SOLUTION CONTAINING A PHENOL DERIVATIVE HAVING AN UNSUBSTITUTED 4 POSITION AND SUBSTITUTED OR UNSUBSTITUTED 2, 3, 5, AND 6 POSITIONS AND AN ALKYLAMINE;AND AFFECTING ELECTROLITYC POLYMERIZATION OF THE PHENOL DERIVATIVE BY USING THE METAL CONDUCTOR AS AN ELECTRODE.
